- At least High School Graduate with experience or training in painting
- With related work experience as painter
- responsible for the performance of skilled work in preparing surfaces and in painting and finishing varied surfaces, including building, equipment and other surfaces
- handles painting and other related works
- helps in laundry or folding of linen
- performs other task that may be assigned by an immediate supervisor from time to time
