To support this mission, we are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team.
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Plumber will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures across all assigned Sinangag Express locations. This includes responding to urgent plumbing issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all systems comply with safety and sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, water heaters, drainage systems, faucets, and toilets.
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance to avoid plumbing issues.
- Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies in branches to minimize operational downtime.
- Install new plumbing systems or replace outdated fixtures and piping.
- Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local plumbing codes and health & safety regulations.
- Coordinate with branch managers and the maintenance team to schedule repairs and minimize disruption to operations.
- Maintain detailed service reports and records of work completed.
- Assist in other maintenance tasks when needed (e.g., basic electrical, mechanical, or carpentry repairs).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in a commercial or foodservice environment.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel between branches as needed.
Preferred:
- Experience working in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards specific to restaurants.
