-Responsible for change mold, set up molds and adjust machine every day according to production schedule.
-Daily use of mold recycling ,cleaning and putting on shelve.
-Daily machine /mold troubleshooting and maintenance.
-First product confirmation before production and first product confirmation every 2 hrs.
-Check weather the machinery and equipment are operating normally at work every day.
-Perform weekly and monthly maintenance on machines and molds.
-Conduct test run and molds test inspection on newly purchased machinery, equipment, molds and blades.
-Inspect the machine and the products produce to see if there are any abnormalities
-Do other task assigned by immediate superior .
