- A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical,) or vocational course related.
- Preferably with experience and knowlegable in Cold storages, freezers and chillers
- With At least 2 years of experience in equipment management, operations, or maintenance.
- Monitoring of Electricity, water & repair and maintenance cost.
- Facilitating kitchen and other equipment major repairs, ensuring that scope of job are met and complete.
- Safety inspection of all facilities in a weekly basis.
- Monitoring of Coolers Inventory in Warehouses and different markets.
- Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures.
- Coordinating with other departments and personnel regarding equipment needs and job requests.
