Position: Maintenance Technician (HVAC)
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer or graduate of a 4-year Industrial Technical course
- 3–4 years of experience in facility management
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Conduct minor electrical repairs (e.g., bulb replacement, outlet repair)
- Inspect and repair safety and firefighting equipment
- Perform basic structural repairs (painting, wall/ceiling repair)
- Carry out minor fabrication and hot works (welding, cutting, grinding)
- Handle chemical materials safely
- Interpret schematic drawings for effective troubleshooting
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
- Perform daily inspections and address damages promptly
- Respond quickly to urgent repair requests
Required Skills:
- Proficient in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues
- Knowledgeable in safety protocols and chemical handling
- Able to work independently and adapt to new tasks efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
