What this position is about
To involve in cigarette manufacturing activities and ensure the quality of products, cigarette manufacturing materials and other related activities are in accordance to the standard established by the organization
Wah you will do

Support cigarette making by ensuring continuous feed of filters to the machine without disruption.

Maintain a safe working environment by following safety procedures and staying aware of potential hazards at all times.

Keep the workplace clean and organized by following 5S standards and practicing environmental protection measures.

Take part in Kaizen activities and propose improvements using the proper channels and formats.
-
Communicate openly with your Team Lead and colleagues to ensure smooth operations and suggest ideas for improvement.

Perform other tasks assigned by the Team Lead, complying with EHS procedures, labor laws, company policies, and work instructions.

Understand and follow all health and safety requirements, report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and take action within your authority to maintain a safe workplace
Who we are looking for
- Preferably a graduate of a Vocational or Technical Course
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operating Protos 70/80/90/100, Mark 9, Octave Mollins, and Foke machines within the tobacco industry.
- At least 1 year of technical experience on electronics and mechanical fields from other industries.
- Proficiency in:
- Reading and writing simple field work reports in English
- Basic computer application skills (including data entry)
- Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule.
