Job Summary
  • We are seeking a strategic and analytical Workforce Manager to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
  • This individual contributor role is responsible for applying workforce capacity planning modelling and workforce metrics to coordinate all aspects of resourcing and assignments for the Knowable business, ensuring there are sufficient trained resources in each role and assigned to the appropriate engagements and tasks.
  • The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to assess staffing needs and develop solutions for the Knowable organization that maximize utilization while also meeting customer timelines.
  • This position will also coordinate within REPH Editorial Operations to balance resourcing needs across business units.
  • This is a manager level position but an individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities
  • All REPH Editorial:
    • Apply basic to advanced workforce and capacity planning data to identify optimal staffing needs, trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Conduct scenario modeling and forecasting to support talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies.
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that support strategic and operational workforce decisions e.g., resource model, schedule, cross utilization.
  • Knowable Specific:
    • Work closely across functions to model out resource requirements for new and existing engagements.
    • Build and maintain a master forecast that translates volume into resource requirements by role, engagement, and task.
    • Identify/strategize mitigation efforts where capacity picture does not align with pricing model or project demands. Quantify cost or schedule implications.
    • Coordinate with managers / supervisors on hiring, training, promotions, and cross-utilization to adjust staffing levels to the forecast. Ensure the right ratio of SCAs to CAs.
    • Keep senior leadership apprised of resourcing risks and issues (e.g., shortfalls, excess capacity)
    • Coordinate across Data Delivery Leads to prioritize engagements and task assignments
    • Manage / coordinate assignments of Analysts, Audit Team, and Data Delivery Leads to engagements and specific workflows in Quasar
    • Manage ongoing Non-English volumes through close coordination with Lonestar managers and other impacted projects/US HR as needed.
    • Manage / request necessary systems accesses (Q, KI, etc.)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • 3+ years of experience in workforce analytics, capacity management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across the organization.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
    • Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis and modeling.
    • Familiarity with HRIS platforms
    • Knowledge of machine learning or AI applications in workforce analytics.
    • Experience with SQL or other data querying tools.
