What is this role about?
The role is responsible for leading and growing SEAGAS' national footprint across B2B, wholesale, and retail channels; drive profitability through strategic account development, disciplined credit control and efficient LPG asset and supply chain management; and implement systems and tools to professionalize the Seagas business.
What will YOU do?
- Develop and execute nationwide Seagas sales strategies for B2B, dealer, and
wholesale segments. - Lead dealer/channel expansion including screening, onboarding and performance
monitoring. - Establish pricing frameworks and ensure free cash generation through baseline
pricing strategies. - Manage key customer accounts, credit exposure and ensure collateral/security
compliance. - Track CAPEX proposals and ROI for key projects and customers.
- Build a high-performing sales team, aligning individual performance to
organizational objectives. Provide leadership and mentoring to Seagas sales team,
ensuring KPI delivery and team development - Champion collaboration across logistics, credit, operations and finance for
seamless delivery of the Seagas value chain. - Oversee Seagas trade marketing programs and promotions in coordination with
Corporate and Consumer Marketing. - Implement systems and tools for tracking volume, DSO, profitability.
What will YOU need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Accountancy, MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of LPG industry experience, with leadership roles in B2B, dealer or wholesale segments.
- Strong financial acumen (pricing, credit, margin analysis).
- Proficiency in business tools.
- Solid track record in dealer development, volume turnaround and credit improvement.
