The Managing Director develops multi-area strategies for sales growth, and achievement of quality and people targets. He/She champions applicable programs from Corporate and SBU support units in assigned business scope. The MD also acts as conduit for strategy and execution alignment between the top management and the operations execution drivers. He/She is expected to prepare a business case for multi-area systemic issues and recommends solution/s to the Franchisee, when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, Marketing or any business-related course
- At least 6 years store and 4 years area operations management experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) industry
