Develop and implement process improvements, which may involve process certification and installing new manufacturing equipment
Ensure products can be manufactured reliably and perform consistently in specified operating environments
Manage projects using engineering principles and techniques
Maintain manufacturing process documentation, including technical reports and process specifications
Knowledgeable in Problem Solving Methodology
IPC certification is an advantage
Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Engineering Degree Course or Related
•Minimum of 1yr to 3 years experience in absence of degree.
•Knowledgeable in Manufacturing Assembly Processes, Process sheets, work instructions creation, or assembly manuals
•Understanding of materials & tolerances of components and assemblies
•Proficient in Project management and excellent presentation skills
•Continuous Improvement of manufacturing process through structured problem solving
•Proficient on the tools & techniques required for the job including Lean Application, Process Certification, Total Quality Management
•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
•Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.
•Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan.
•With at least a year in his/her current position.
