Position Description
We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) freelance contractor to work with one of our clients. As a Marketing Analytics & RevOps Lead, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing analytics and tracking systems across platforms while delivering insights that drive campaign performance. This role requires advanced experience in conversion tracking, data integration, and the creation of real-time dashboards. The ideal candidate will proactively build systems and workflows that reduce manual reporting and improve full-funnel accuracy. This is a remote role requiring overlap with US time zones.
About the work
- Implement and manage tracking setups across GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat, Pinterest, Microsoft Ads
- Set up and monitor offline conversion tracking, including CRM/eCommerce integrations (HubSpot, Shopify, Salesforce, WooCommerce)
- Establish and monitor real-time GA4 events and conversion accuracy
- Build Looker Studio and Power BI dashboards for internal and client use, refreshed hourly
- Unify data from ad platforms and CRMs into a single warehouse (e.g., BigQuery)
- Develop AI-powered workflows (using GPT-4, Python, Zapier, Hex) to automate reporting and analysis
- Translate data into actionable insights and surface anomalies, forecast simulations, and recommendations weekly
- Educate clients and internal teams on analytics tools and prompt engineering
- Provide training and support for self-serve analytics capabilities
- Own analytics implementation and dashboard setup within 15 days of new client onboarding
Boxes to check
- 5 years of experience in marketing analytics and revenue operations, ideally in a SaaS, agency, or tech-enabled org
- Proficient in GA4, BigQuery, SQL, Looker Studio, and Power BI
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, and WooCommerce integrations
- Proven experience in conversion tracking across major ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong technical chops: Python or JavaScript for data wrangling/API integrations
- Experience deploying agentic AI workflows in a production environment
- Storytelling skills to turn dashboards into actionable plans
- High EQ and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
- US time zone overlap required
About the role
