To support the execution of the company’s marketing activities by assisting with content creation, digital updates, CRM management, and internal communications. The role ensures timely delivery of brand-aligned materials across channels and marketing goals met.
A. Content Creation & Asset Development
- Source and quote merchandise and branded collateral, manage design requirements, and coordinate orders.
- Obtain quotes and brief external providers such as photographers, videographers, and rendering professionals; manage feedback loops and approvals.
- Support video content development by writing scripts/storyboards, organising footage, and coordinating revisions.
- Edit and prepare photo and video content, including cropping, basic retouching, and formatting for different channels.
- Design and develop internal and external signage, posters, and visual materials as needed (e.g. for projects, events, office use).
- Maintain and update website content and pages, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and basic SEO best practice.
- Create templated and custom proposal pages using brand-aligned formats.
B. Marketing Communications
- Draft and schedule social media posts (LinkedIn, etc.) including ideation, copywriting, and creative formatting.
- Manage community engagement on social channels – respond to comments and DMs in a timely, professional tone.
- Prepare internal communications such as the internal "Weekly Wrap" email and Office TV screen slide updates.
- Create external communications such as monthly project update EDMs and the quarterly client newsletter.
- Update and manage email signatures platform.
C. Campaign & Program Support
- Support quarterly campaigns focused on key topics like Sustainability, Safety, and Community Sponsorship.
- Assist in researching, applying for, and preparing submissions for industry awards.
- Maintain the internal file library of marketing, including social content ideas, asset folders, and content calendars.
- Liaise with Site and Project Managers to collect project updates, photos, and content for marketing use.
D. Data, Reporting & Platform Management
- Complete monthly marketing scorecard
- Update and manage HubSpot CRM database, ensuring contacts and company records are up to date.
- Complete monthly spend budget tracking (spend vs budget).
- Track and analyse customer insights to optimise future marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, and marketing coordination
- Skilled in basic design and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- Strong writing skills for social media, newsletters, proposals, and web content
- Familiar with website updates (e.g. WordPress), email marketing tools, and CRM platforms like HubSpot
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
