MARKETING ASSISTANT (PART TIME)
CLIENT: AUSTRALIA; REMOTE
SHIFT: DAY / MORNING PHT
TYPE: PART TIME, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
Purpose of role Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant supports the execution of marketing materials and coordinates with suppliers and key stakeholders, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand identity in line with the brand style guide and existing collateral.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting with proposal and presentation formatting, as well as general document templates (Microsoft Word & PowerPoint)
- CRM / Database support (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM)
- Assisting with updating and ensuring accurate information on the company website, including product details, news and case studies. · Creating high-quality graphics and layouts for banners, social media and campaigns, etc. (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Performing basic image and video editing.
- Proofreading written content. · Monitoring competitor activity.
- Writing case studies, press releases, news articles, and internal communications as required. · Coordinating with third party suppliers, such as printers, photographers/videographers.
- Coordination of promotional material (liaising with third party suppliers and internal stakeholders).
- Coordinating corporate events (liaising with third party suppliers and internal stakeholders).
- Upholding brand style and ensuring consistency in line with the existing brand guidelines. (The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company)
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Dynamics 365 - CRM and Customer Insights
- Experience with Wordpress
- Experience with Graphic Design and Video Editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)

- Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. · Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
- Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.
- Time management/organisation: manage multiple projects/tasks and accomplish objectives effectively within a reasonable timeframe, ensuring critical milestones/due dates are met.
Home Office Requirements:
- Internet Connection: Must be 15 Mbps at the least, preferably a wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-ins, wi-fi, or wimax.
- Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
- Headsets: The Contractor must have noise-cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
- Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
- Webcam - for meeting purposes
- Must be comfortable working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
