Job Description:
We are seeking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Associate to join our Client Action Team within the Customer Service Division, at Trulaboratories Corporation. As an Associate of the Client Action Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.
Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing product returns or exchanges.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure accurate and efficient order processing and delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Trulaboratories Corporation's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Update and maintain customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture positive and long-lasting relationships with assigned clients, acting as their main point of contact within Trulaboratories Corporation.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are met, address any concerns, and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
- Provide clients with relevant product information, updates, and educational materials to support their understanding and utilization of Trulaboratories Corporation's offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any client-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the Client Action Team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
- Proficient in using customer service software, ticketing systems, and MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
