Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to support strategic planning
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, campaigns, and special projects
- Analyze and report on research findings to support data-driven decisions
- Create persuasive proposals and presentations to support sales and marketing goals
- Develop engaging content for digital platforms (social media, website, etc.) and offline materials
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across key channels
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies
- Handle daily marketing operations and address issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- College graduate preferred; relevant marketing experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure
