Key Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Plans and executes all communications and media actions on all channels, including online, social media and brick and mortar operations
- Directs and manages promotional collaterals to establish and maintain the company’s branding
- Manages the budget for advertising and promotional service
- Conducts competitor and customer insights analysis
- Analyzes sales data relative to marketing efforts made
- Reviews brand message regularly to ascertain integrity and consistency
- Measures and reports the performance of digital marketing activities and compare the results against KPIs.
- Analyzes data and identify opportunities to improve performance and optimize spend
- Identifies emerging trends and technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate
E-Commerce:
- Product & Inventory Management: Create and manage product listings across all online platforms, including writing compelling product descriptions, uploading photos, updating prices, and ensuring inventory levels are accurate.
- Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, from receipt through fulfillment. Coordinate with logistics and courier partners to ensure timely shipping and delivery
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, responding promptly to chats, emails and social media messages. Professionally handle returns, exchanges, and feedback.
- Platform Operations: Maintain the day-to-day functionality and appearance of our online storefronts (e.g., Shopify), including updating promotional banners, managing collections and ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Marketplace Management: Oversee operations on marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee), including managing the seller center, participating in platform campaigns (e.g., 11.11, Payday Sales), and optimizing listings.
- Sales & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, website traffic, and other key e-commerce metrics. Prepare regular reports for management on sales trends and inventory status.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of four years Business Course.
- Marketing / E-Commerce Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing an online store or in a similar e-commerce role is required.
- Platform Proficiency: Direct experience with e-commerce platforms is essential. Proficiency with Shopify, Lazada Seller Center, or Shopee Seller Center is highly advantageous.
- Operational Excellence: Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
