In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our regional teams to grow an exciting portfolio of Korean brands such as Beauty of Joseon, Needly, Tirtir and other top of trend Korean brands.
We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our brand’s growth across online and offline channels. You will play a key role in coordinating marketing campaigns, managing events, and driving strategies that connect with beauty consumers and elevate our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy and objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop impactful marketing materials.
- Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of all promotional content across platforms.
- Oversee content creation for social media, website, and email marketing.
- Engage actively with followers and respond to inquiries or feedback on digital platforms.
- Coordinate with team on content ideas and feedback.
Events & Promotions
- Coordinate and execute product launches, pop-up events, exhibitions, and promotional roadshows.
- Prepare necessary documentation for event approvals and ensure all activities run smoothly.
Branding & Collateral Management
- Manage production and distribution of promotional assets, including brochures, displays, signages, and digital content.
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually compelling event themes and marketing visuals.
- Maintain up-to-date branding across all marketing touchpoints.
- Develop brand identity documents including pitch decks and brand guidelines.
Sales Support & Strategy
- Assist in executing marketing initiatives that support sales targets and customer acquisition.
- Analyze campaign results and provide reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of promotional budgets and expenses.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven marketing experience in related marketing field.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Able to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok seller accounts is a plus.
- Familiarity with the beauty or retail industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM and social media tools is an advantage.
