About the Role:
Are you currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration major in Marketing Management? We're offering an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience as a Marketing Intern at our manpower outsourcing agency. This internship combines marketing exposure with basic financial support tasks—perfect for students looking to apply what they’ve learned in class to real-world business operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in managing online marketing efforts and publishing content on social media platforms
- Support the preparation of marketing budgets, cost summaries, and performance reports
- Help monitor marketing-related expenses and ensure alignment with financial records
- Maintain and update internal databases for clients and applicants
- Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and potential leads
- Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, email content, and promotional flyers
- Help analyze campaign results and contribute to post-campaign reporting
- Participate in team meetings and offer input for process improvements
Who We’re Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in a BSBA program majoring in Marketing Management
- Passionate about marketing, branding, and business development
- Basic understanding of finance or accounting tasks (e.g., cost tracking, report creation)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva or basic design tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Willing to complete a minimum of 600 internship hours
