Basic Purpose: Develop and execute Marketing Plan which is comprised mainly of Events, Advertising and Public Relations; Manages the marketing department.
Major Responsibilities
Media Plan
- Researches and checks on new market trends that would fit the Guess target market.
- Drafts and seeks approval of EXCOM (1) month before media plan submission to Principal.
- Ensures that marketing strategies in the media plan is scheduled properly for organized implementation.
Advertising
- Negotiates advertising cost with the suppliers. Sees to it that all advertising projects are delivered and implemented on time.
PR
- Manages PR Plan and coordinate with PR agency to make sure publications picks up new press releases.
- Builds good relationship with media.
Events Management
- Plans, organizes and executes marketing events that will promote the brand and its products.
- Ensures successful mount of marketing events.
People Management
- Trains and devlops each person in the team.
- Orients and reminds the department on company rules and regulations.
- Makes each person in the department accountable for every work responsibility.
Profitability
- Periodically coordinates with Accounting on the status of advertising expenses to make sure all are within approved budget.
Job Qualification
- Education: College graduate of with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Advertising.
- Experience Required: At least 5 years related experience.
- Problem solving skills
- Computer Proficient
- Management experience - this person must know how to build a cohesive team and manage their skills efficiently to provide the best output in all efforts.
- Ecommerce experience - (if possible) to help increase traffic and sales through online platform.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
