As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, including developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing a team of marketing professionals, and analyzing marketing performance to optimize our campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s identity and expanding our market presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
-Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals.

-Set clear goals and expectations, and provide guidance for team members.
2. Marketing Strategy Development:
-Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
-Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
3. Campaign Execution:
-Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and more.
- Ensure campaigns are on time and budget.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and ROI.
- Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Present regular reports to senior management.
5. Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Provide cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
6. Brand Development:
- Work to strengthen and expand the company’s brand presence.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
