Job description:
- Achieve yearly target income through sponsorship and leasing of temporary spaces
- Conceptualize and execute fairs , special events and activities to add value to assigned property
- Spearhead special events, projects, activations in common areas of property handled
- Keep a calendar of all promotions and activities happening in property assigned to
- Monitor all promotions & activities and prepares post evaluation reports for every event
- Coordinate with Leasing group to come up with an updated list of tenants of property handled
- Monitor and update tenant sales and performance
- Manage yearly promo and activities calendar of property handled
- Prepare / keep documentation of all promotional collaterals used in promotions and special activities
- Prepare and monitor liquidation reports for promo major / corporate sponsors
- Monitor liquidation of prizes solicited from sponsors
- Ensure that all merchandising areas are in good condition
- Ensure that all merchandising spaces are occupied and updated at all times
- Willing to be assigned in Festive Walk Mall, Iloilo Business Park, Mandurriao, Iloilo City.
