Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will help develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and support brand growth across digital and traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products or services
- Manage content creation and distribution across social media, email, and website
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Monitor and report on campaign performance (ROI, engagement metrics, etc.)
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and advertising agencies
- Support event planning and promotional activities
- Maintain brand consistency in all marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in marketing or similar role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital tools (e.g., SEO, Google Analytics, social media platforms)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
- With high emotional intelligence.
