Job Summary
The Marketing Officer plays a vital role in promoting the brand, generating leads, and establishing partnerships that drive business growth. This position combines creativity, strategic planning, and business development. The officer will manage marketing campaigns, organize events, create content, and confidently represent the brand to potential partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Partnerships
- Proactively identify and pursue new business leads, brand collaborations, and partnership opportunities.
- Pitch the brand to potential partners with clarity, confidence, and tailored marketing materials.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts including influencers, content creators, business owners, and community organizations.
- Represent the brand in meetings, business presentations, and events.
2. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
- Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Align campaigns with business objectives, seasonal priorities, and target demographics.
- Monitor and adjust marketing strategies based on performance and market trends.
3. Events & Activations
- Plan and execute marketing events, promotions, and activations that strengthen customer and partner relationships.
- Coordinate with suppliers, venues, collaborators, and internal teams to ensure event success.
- Capture and document campaign highlights for future content and reporting.
4. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Create engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Schedule posts and manage page interactions to build an active community.
- Monitor platform trends, analytics, and audience behavior to enhance engagement.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign and lead generation performance using relevant tools and KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data to support decision-making and budget allocation for campaigns.
6. Internal & External Coordination
- Work closely with operations, creatives, and customer service to align brand messaging.
- Maintain a consistent visual and voice identity across all communication channels.
- Assist in other marketing-related projects as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
