About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Research Analyst to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives with relevant, actionable research.
You will be responsible for gathering and interpreting complex data from various sources and transforming them into compelling reports and presentations to guide our go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, customer behavior, and emerging technologies—particularly in the areas of data centers, colocation, hybrid/multi-cloud, edge computing, resilience, and disaster recovery.
- Provide expert insights and strategic recommendations to executives, investors, and service providers on IT infrastructure and cloud transformation.
- Perform competitive and industry analysis using tools like Google Trends, Statista, LinkedIn, and SimilarWeb.
- Design and manage surveys via platforms to gather audience and industry insights.
- Present research findings through clear, data-driven reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making across business units.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients across various sectors by delivering actionable insights and strategic guidance.
- Author and contribute to research papers, articles, and thought leadership content; deliver presentations at client meetings, industry events, and webinars.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, sales, IT, and data scientists) to align insights with business goals and client needs.
- Maintain and update internal databases, documentation, and research repositories for accuracy and accessibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing research or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in research platforms and tools (e.g., Google Trends, Statista, SimilarWeb, LinkedIn).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
- Familiarity with survey tools like SurveyMonkey or Typeform.
A plus if you have:
- Experience in B2B markets, especially in sectors like semiconductors, AI, or data centers.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing KPIs, SEO metrics, or CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
- Background in statistical analysis or marketing analytics is a plus.
