MARKETING SPECIALIST

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and support business growth. This role requires skills in basic graphic design, email marketing campaigns, social media management, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design (Basic):
- Create visually appealing marketing materials, including social media graphics, banners, and newsletters using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Assist in designing promotional content for both digital and print campaigns.
- Email Marketing:
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
- Segment email lists, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversion.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to grow brand awareness and audience interaction.
- Monitor social media performance and provide regular insights and reports.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with day-to-day marketing operations and team coordination.
- Maintain marketing databases, trackers, and campaign reports.
- Support other departments with marketing-related materials and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in social media management and email marketing (Mailchimp experience is a plus).
- Basic graphic design skills with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
Work from Home Requirements (Must have before the start date)
- Internet Connection : Min of 30 mbps wired internet connection speed AND a backup internet connection (before start date)
- Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a working computer with updated current programmes from home with Dual Monitors
- Noise Canceling Headset (Plantronics)
- Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
- Must be comfortable working with a Monitoring Software (for payroll and timekeeping purposes only)
- Webcam - Contractors must have a working webcam
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
