- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Support in the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, presentations, social media posts, and promotional content.
- Help manage social media accounts, respond to inquiries, and schedule regular posts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and third-party agencies for event materials and marketing collaterals.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to support campaign planning.
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional activities, events, and trade shows.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Maintain and update the company’s customer database and lead lists.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and sales support activities.
- Perform administrative tasks such as documentation, inventory of marketing materials, and filing.
