The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing digital content, and coordinating promotional activities. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand awareness, engaging customers, and helping drive business growth through both online and offline marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year course: Business Administration, Management, Marketing or any related field.
- Experience in sales and marketing, customer service, real estate, education, insurance industry is an advantage.
- Above level communication skills both oral and written.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies
- Create and schedule content for social media, email newsletters, and company websites
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- Help manage marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support event planning, coordination, and execution (e.g., trade shows, product launches)
- Update customer databases and maintain CRM records
- Coordinate with graphic designers, vendors, and other departments for marketing deliverables
- Willing to be trained and assigned in Banawe QC office.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
