- Source, screen, and onboard subcontractor trucks (closed vans, wing vans, 6-wheeler, 10-wheeler, etc.).
- Maintain a database of active truck subcontractors and vehicle availability.
- Coordinate with operations to match subcontracted trucks with delivery schedules and routes.
- Monitor subcon truck performance, attendance, and availability.
- Ensure all subcontracted trucks have valid registration, insurance, and necessary documentation.
- Assist in negotiating rates and contracts with subcontractors in coordination with the management.
- Address issues or concerns with subcontractors such as delays, performance, or violations.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on truck availability, deployment, and subcontractor utilization.
- Coordinate with finance for billing, payout schedules, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
Job Qualifications:
- College-level education or a graduate degree preferred
- At least have experience in Marketing and trucking operations, fleet management, or vendor coordination (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with truck types, routes, and logistics operations.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or fleet management software.
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure.
- Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Antipolo
