Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the hotel’s services and amenities.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to produce promotional materials and advertisements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Organize and oversee special events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain brand standards across all marketing channels and materials.
- Prepare marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Supervise and mentor marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
