Mission
As a Marketing Support Associate, your mission is to support the execution of online campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and social media. You’ll help create content, track performance, and learn key tools to grow brand visibility and engagement.
Job Description
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across various platforms.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement metrics.
- Create digital content such as emailers (via HubSpot), social media posts, graphics, and landing pages.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new marketing ideas and strategies.
- Support A/B testing efforts and analyze results to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Learn and apply tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Contribute to performance reports and assist in evaluating campaign ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs
Requirements
- A strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to develop your skills
- Exposure to marketing concepts through coursework, internships, or personal projects
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe editing software, or social media platforms
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Curiosity about data, trends, and how marketing drives business result
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience using platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar marketing tools
- Background in content creation for digital channels
- Basic skills in graphic design or video editing
- Hands-on experience with SEO or other digital marketing too
