We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Team Leader who will take the lead in building a strong brand presence and driving business growth. This role is perfect for someone who can blend strategic planning, creative execution, and leadership skills.
What You’ll Do:
* Conceptualize, implement, and oversee integrated marketing strategies
* Source and order new collections
* Create and execute the annual brand & retail marketing plan
* Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
* Lead and mentor the Brand Marketing & Social Media team
* Execute effective Visual Merchandising (VM)
* Collaborate with Sales, Influencers & Partner Merchants to boost brand awareness and sales
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong leadership and project management skills
* Creative mindset with a passion for brand building
* Experience in marketing strategy, retail, and social media management
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
