-Receive incoming tools/materials/consumables and inspects their quality
-Establish an inventory monitoring scheme and accurately keeps track of the consumables such as tools, B.I Sheets, maintenance supplies, office supplies, etc., and ensure are on safety stock level.
-Ensures smooth lending of tools/materials/consumables and establishes withdrawal procedure.
-Maintains necessary records of stock movements
-Checks movement of stocks, strictly follows FIFO and reports any abnormal movements and rendered required reports
