Job Qualifications:
- Must have a Medical Billing experience in a Home Health setting
- Proficient with billing software and electronic medical records
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, health care administration, accounting, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable.
- Proficient in electronic medical records
- Ensure that CPT code along with ICD-10 code is mentioned on each insurance claim
- Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Description:
- Working under the supervision of the billing manager for the data entry/charge entry process
- Posting the daily payments ERAs/manual EOBs to EMR on a daily basis
- Finding the AR Denials and working closely with the provider end and coding team to reduce the potential denials.
- Submit Medicare claims via electronic claims via CMS carrier portal
- Submit commercial claims via payer portal, Fax, or EHR
- Perform posting charges
- Perform completion of claims to payers
- Conduct duties in a professional and timely fashion
- Submit billing data to the appropriate insurance providers
- Check status of claims and provide status reports to the billing manager
- Resolve denial instances
- Conduct Medicare reviews
- Conduct claim audits
- Responsible for obtaining timely and accurate Pre Auth consent from payers for different providers/specialty
- Managing and flexible to switch tasks based on the needs of the operations
- Handling incoming inquiries from providers and provide resolution based on their concerns/questions.
- Keeping high morale during work and high level of integrity on each task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month
