Job Description:
Medical Sales Executive (MSE) is responsible for selling medical products, equipment, and services to
hospitals, clinics, doctors, and end users. He/she is responsible for communicating the benefits of a
company’s products in order to drive sales. MSE serve as the point of contact between a business and its
prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective
customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and
services.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Identifying potential clients and organizing sales coverage and visits
2. Present, promote and selling medical products, equipment, and services to medical facilities, and healthcare professionals.
3. Conduct product presentation and demonstrating how medical products and equipment work to doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professional and end users.
4. Constantly maintaining and building relationships with clients and healthcare institutions.
5. Maintaining detailed knowledge about the healthcare industry, competitors, and products.
6. Meeting sales targets set by the company and aim to exceed them.
7. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to promote products and services.
8. Providing after-sales service, including responding to product queries and complaints.
9. Keeping detailed records of all contacts and meeting outcomes.
10. Working closely with medical teams and sales teams to develop customized solutions.
11. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Qualifications:
1. REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree graduate of any 4 year course or allied medical course.
2. Has relevant field sales work experience from the pharmaceutical, real estate, automotive, healthcare, insurance, banking/financial industries, among others.
3. Sales background from the medical device/equipment industry is an advantage but nor preferred.
4. Good selling and presentation skills
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Willing to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
