Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (any course; medical, marketing, or business-related preferred)
- Open to fresh graduates
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and sales talk
- Has a passion for marketing and sales
- Talkative, persuasive, goal-oriented, and confident
- Willing and initiates travel; flexible and not selective with assignments
- Must be willing to commute or relocate as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and present products to doctors, clinics, and decision-makers
- Conduct impactful product demonstrations using effective materials
- Hit sales targets and secure repeat orders
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Work with internal teams to run effective marketing campaigns
- Confidently represent the company and recommend products with credibility
