- Will sell and promote medical supplies and laboratory equipment products and services.
- Will be responsible for maintaining existing and building new accounts by establishing contact and developing a positive and professional relationship with clients.
- Will be responsible for providing support, information, guidance, after-sales support, and other recommendations through scheduled visits, follow-ups, and excellent customer service.
- Should be able to work with the Sales team to strategically increase awareness of the company’s products and services.
- Able to ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company mission, vision, values, and standards.
- Able to maintain up-to-date professional and technical knowledge of the products by attending seminars and educational workshops and establishing professional networks that would help to stay current with trends.
- Able to prepare and submit reports and data by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information in order to keep the team and the company updated on sales, services, and other relevant information that may affect the client-company relationship.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate of any degree course, preferably science-related, business and or marketing.
- Education background in any medical technical course is a plus.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales and marketing within the same field is beneficial.
- Requires a team-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a high level of organizational proficiency.
- Good communication and listening skills and effective organizational and presentation skills
- Adept with using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Independent and confident in dealing with people and professionals in the medical field
