Position: Merchant Coordinator
Employment: Project based (6 months)
Schedule: Dayshift
Work Set up: Work Onsite
Work Location: Cebu
Salary: PhP 15,500
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year experience with face-to-face customer service support and sales.
- At least 1 year experience with inventory management and tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Distribution of gears, merchants’ items, and etc.
- Promote products, promos, events, and activities the Client offers.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the Client’s Booths.
- Identify, assess, and resolve customers' needs to achieve positive customer experience and first contact resolution through face-to-face interaction.
- Provide exemplary customer service to both internal and external customers building and maintaining effective relationships that foster trust and mutual respect.
- Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php15,500.00 per month
