Qualifications:
Experience:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in MIS, administrative support, or data/report management within a collections or BPO environment.
- Experience in debt collections, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, charts).
- Experience using CRM systems or collection platforms is an advantage (e.g., Salesforce, T-Soft, CACS).
- Familiarity with database management and report generation tools.
Administrative Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle and protect sensitive and confidential information.
- Capable of managing documentation, record-keeping, and data archiving.
Analytical & Communication Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to create and interpret reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Work Ethics & Attitude:
- Highly reliable, resourceful, and results-oriented.
- Can work independently and handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
- Willing to work onsite (if applicable) and adjust to flexible schedules when needed.
