Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot various smartphone issues (both minor and major)
- Disassemble and reassemble mobile phones as needed
- Assist customers with technical concerns and provide excellent service
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mobile/Phone Technician
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
