- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mold Setter or similar role in the manufacturing industry
- Strong technical skills and understanding of injection molding processes and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manuals
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve mold-related issues
- Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity to perform hands-on mold setup and maintenance
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
