Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries
- Provide information and assistance to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old and above
- High school or senior high school graduates are welcome to apply
- With or Without work/BPO experience
- With good communication skills
- Computer Literate
