Tools/Equipment/Fleet/and Related Assets Inventory Monitoring
1. In charge of Inventory monitoring of all tools and equipment across all projects of EHC.
2. In charge of inventory of all trucks, vehicles and construction equipment.
3. Evaluates recommendations on tools and equipment requests.
4. Centralized processing of tools and equipment Purchase Request.
5. In charge of all document records pertaining to tools/equipment/trucks/related assets.
6. Ensures that tools and equipment are in good condition and always ready for use.
Tools and Equipment Maintenance Recording/Company Vehicles Maintenance Monitoring
1. Process all request for repairs/maintenance
2. Ensures that all vehicle scheduled PMS are on time and executed
3. Evaluates all maintenance request and outsource maintenance providers
4. Maintain records of repairs and maintenance for future reference
5. Monitors depreciation of tools/equipment/trucks/vehicles.
6. Processing of RFPs pertaining to maintenances and repairs.
Registration and Vehicle Insurance Renewals
1. Ensures that all vehicle registrations are renewed always up to date
2. Processing of RFPs for Registrations of renewals
3. Maintain records of Registration of Renewals.
4. Maintain and up keep record of Vehicle Insurances
5. Process related documents and coordinate insurance claims to the insurers.
Fuel Consumption Monitoring
1. Ensures that fuel is always available for consumption
2. Ensures all fuel transactions are recorded
3. Monitors and reports consumption of fuel for all projects
4. Creates purchase request for monthly allocation
Processes RFPs for Petron Fleet Cards
