Location: SM Iloilo Market Mall and SM Iloilo Central Market Mall
Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs across multiple technical disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sewage treatment, fire protection, and structural systems. Responsibilities include equipment inspections, meter readings, component replacements, leak repairs, declogging, and system testing. Supports substation, generator, and MEPFS operations, ensures proper housekeeping in technical areas, and assists in contractor-supervised works. Maintains accurate maintenance records, follows safety and quality standards, and conducts root cause analysis to address equipment and facility issues efficiently.
