The Multimedia Specialist will focus primarily on graphic design while also assisting with administrative and documentation tasks to support the marketing . This role is ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both design work and office support functions.
Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design & Multimedia Tasks:
- Create visual content such as brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, infographics, and internal communication materials.
- Design layouts for presentations, company profiles, product catalogs, and reports.
- Assist in developing visual content for the company’s digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns).
- Edit and enhance photos and videos for marketing and documentation purposes.
- Ensure all designs follow company branding guidelines.
Administrative & Support Tasks:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing.
- Assist in organizing and documenting company events, trainings, and meetings.
- Prepare and maintain records of marketing materials, templates, and design assets.
- Coordinate with printing suppliers and service providers for production of materials.
- Support in the preparation of reports, internal memos, and official documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or any related field
- At least 1 year of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of video editing and digital media content is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willing to work onsite in San Mateo, Rizal
