Key Responsibilities:
Network Management & Maintenance
- Monitor and manage LAN/WAN performance, uptime, and connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Maintain and troubleshoot IP-based security systems, surveillance cameras, and casino-related infrastructure.
- Regularly update and patch network devices to maintain security and functionality.
System Support & Troubleshooting
- Respond to network-related issues in a timely manner, including outages and connectivity problems.
- Assist in diagnosing hardware and software issues related to network devices and systems.
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support for users experiencing network-related problems.
Security & Compliance
- Monitor network for unusual activity, unauthorized access, or breaches.
- Implement network security protocols, including firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and PAGCOR/IT regulatory requirements.
Backup & Recovery
- Ensure regular backups of critical network configurations and servers.
- Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans related to network operations.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network architecture, changes, and incidents.
- Generate reports for performance, usage, and security compliance.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for hardware/software issues.
- Work closely with the IT team to plan for future network needs and upgrades.
- Support setup of events, remote operations, or expansions requiring network infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in network administration or system support.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, etc.).
- Proficiency in network hardware (Cisco, Ubiquiti, Mikrotik, Fortinet, etc.).
- Experience with CCTV systems, IP surveillance, and casino-related IT systems is a plus.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
