Responsibilities
- Configure and onboard network equipment & servers.
- Lead and monitor change management activities on the production network.
- Support Network Architect with new technology integration.
- Develop and standardize change management job instructions.
- Responsible for the datacenter equipment inventory structure.
- Automate equipment population into the datacenter inventory tool.
- Support automation of repetitive manual activities, aiming for zero-touch provisioning.
Qualifications
- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in provisioning network equipment within a data center environment, specifically with Cisco and Juniper
- 3–4+ years of experience in server provisioning in data center settings, with a focus on HPE and Dell
- Proven ability in cross-functional troubleshooting and coordination—effectively collaborating with vendors, internal technical teams, and customers to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues throughout the onboarding and implementation process.
- Strong background in technical writing and documentation—skilled in creating and editing technical content that is clear, concise, and accurate for a variety of audiences.

Educational Qualification/s
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- CCNA or JNCIA-DC certified.
Work Conditions
- Work From Home Set-up
- Schedule is from 4PM-1AM MNL / 4 AM – 1 PM EST (Monday-Friday).
- There are chances for on-call support after 3 months, depending on the business needs.
