Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls regarding healthcare plans, benefits, and billing.
- Provide accurate information on insurance claims and medical coverage.
- Verify patient data and update account information.
- Ensure all interactions comply with healthcare and data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Maintain a positive and professional tone with every interaction.
- Meet performance goals in quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- At least 2nd year college level (any course).
- No BPO experience needed – freshers are welcome!
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard and holidays.
- Must be comfortable working with computers and navigating multiple systems.
- Willing to work onsite (location based on company posting).
