Job Summary:
We’re hiring for voice and non-voice accounts. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and career shifters looking to build a long-term career in the call center/customer service industry.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer service calls, chats, and emails
- Provide accurate information regarding products or services
- Follow standard call scripts and troubleshooting steps
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team
Qualifications:
- At least a high school graduate (K–12 or old curriculum)
- With or without experience (entry-level welcome)
- Good English communication and typing skills
- Comfortable using computers and multitasking
- Willing to work day shifts, night shifts, and graveyard shifts
- Amenable to work onsite
Working Conditions:
- Office-based
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Computer-based tasks in a quiet environment
- May involve flexible schedules or shifting
