Role description: Supports business productivity by delivering strong performance, stability, projects and continuous improvement of the People (HCM) related applications and tools in the Non-Oracle portfolio.

Collaboration:
- Collaborates proactively with People Leadership, BPOs, BPEs, KBUs, and EUs to ensure that NOA software and services meet current and future business needs.
- Collaborates with other Tech teams to develop, implement, maintain and improve NOA technical solutions to address business priorities.
Application Support and Maintenance
- Supports the business by owning, managing and administering the People applications, tools, reports, and integrations in the Non-Oracle portfolio.
- Ensures the availability and performance of the NOA People systems by providing or directing level 3/4 support, maintenance and updating of the systems.
- Ensures compliance with security & data privacy practices for NOA People apps.
- Partners with EUS Tower to manage People app incident and problem response and resolution, as well as service request queues to deliver high EU satisfaction.
- Owns the system updates, patches, and changes, including testing and QA/QC, for NOA People systems in collaboration with Product Owners, KBUs, and vendors.
- Develops NOA People SOPs and KBAs for hand over to Level 1/2 support teams.
Project Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Manages project delivery by creating value through implementing a new application or a major change and ensure that the project meets its goals.
- Project Manage projects conform NOA O&Q PM methodologies.
- Collaborates with Product Owners, BPOs, BPEs, and relevant vendors to design and deliver continuous improvement priorities that enhance the stability, performance, and usability of the People applications in the NOA portfolio.
- Oversees solution development conform company standards (Security, Privacy).
Vendor Management
- Directs and manages third parties providing application support and enhancement services, including software vendors, contractors, and consultants for People systems in the NOA portfolio.
Key Shared Accountabilities:
- Partnership with other OEA Lanes, Teams, and wider NOA Team to exceed business expectations.
- NOA portfolio service management and major incident management with EUS Tower.
- NOA portfolio integrations with OTE team.
- NOA SOP and KBA development with O&Q team.
- NOA service disruption announcements and EU comms with CTC team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years’ hands-on experience with People (HCM) domain application configuration.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Managing software implementation projects.
- Demonstrated experience in business process management and workflows.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully designing/delivering functional changes and/or solutions in a global company with a complex business environment.
