Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills; comfortable using multiple systems and support tools
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and clarity
- Skilled in typing and navigating multiple chat or messaging platforms efficiently
- Excellent reading comprehension and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
